Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please note: Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong model ordered, or dissatisfaction with the design once the product has been made. Each item is made specifically for you.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at maccasers@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalized items (e.g. custom initials, names, or designs)

Items returned without damage

Sale items or gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at maccasers@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
